The review process to which the articles are submitted is anonymous and will be carried out by at least two of the members of the portfolio of specialist referees in the subject (blind peers), who may be external to CIDE and/or from national and international character. The text will begin the ruling process from the official date of receipt of the text by the editor. To be an accepted article, it is submitted by an initial prediction, in which it is verified that the article meets the requirements of the journal and corresponds to its theme. According to the evaluation of the experts, the article submitted to arbitration may be: a) Widely recommended for publication; b) Recommended for publication only if its quality is improved in the indicated terms; c) Recommended for publication but in a journal other than GYPP, or d) Not recommended for publication (see: www.gestionypoliticapublica.cide.edu). The commitment of our journal is to conclude the process in the shortest possible time, however the result of the arbitration will be subject to the workload of the specialists to whom the article has been assigned, the sending of the corresponding ruling and the analysis of the same by the editorial team of Management and Public Policy.
